Technical Sales Engineer

We are looking for an experienced technical sales engineer to grow our cryogenic pumps business in the field of industrial gases. This position will be supporting the European base of a worldwide cryogenic manufacturing group. We offer an attractive remuneration based on experience and capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Sales of new equipment within a designated European region.
Identifying new clients within the designated European regions.
Visiting customers and potential clients.
Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers.
Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to under-stand, anticipate and meet their needs.
Generating client quotations.
Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
Offering after-sales support services.
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.

Position Requirements:

University degree (preferably in an Engineering discipline, but not essential)
Technically competent with various software programs.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment is essential.
Can adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
Ability to communicate with customers at all levels
Ability to speak German and English.

Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced project engineer to manage our European projects. This position will be based in Germany. We offer an attractive remuneration based on experience and capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and commercial aspects of projects.
Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects.
Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management project issues.
Ensure effective engineering and Client communications.

Position Requirements:

Degree in engineering.
Experience in thermodynamics would be an advantage.
Technically competent with various software programs, such as MS Office, AutoCad or Solidworks.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, environment is essential.
Can adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
Ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
Ability to speak German and English.
